Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking where available.

Shipping timelines: Because our equipment ships directly from our partner manufacturers and warehouses, delivery timelines vary by product. Most items ship within 2–5 business days. Larger items (saunas, cold plunges) ship via freight, and our team will coordinate delivery with you.

Freight & large-item delivery: Oversized items are delivered by freight carrier. You'll be contacted to schedule delivery. Standard freight delivery is to the curb or driveway — please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

Damage in transit: If your item arrives damaged, document it with photos and contact us at ColdFireRecovery@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on the item and your location.
