Refund policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us at ColdFireRecovery@gmail.com and we'll work with you.
Return window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
Non-returnable items: Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping & restocking: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. A restocking fee may apply on large freight items.
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
Warranty: Many products carry manufacturer warranties. We'll help you file a warranty claim if an issue arises after the return window.
